We are delighted to announce the appointment of Dean Harrison as the Club's new General Manager.  Dean will lead the operational team in delivering an exceptional quality of service to members, customers and visitors and also develop and implement the Club's commercial growth strategy.   Dean joins us from a long and successful career in financial services where he has developed his commercial and leadership skills.   He also has plenty of sporting experience with a more spherical shaped ball than we are used to at Hoppers, both as a successful amateur footballer, coach and administrator.

Club Chairman, John Chesworth commented, "Dean's appointment is a key milestone in the club's plan to develop a much wider appeal for rugby, other sports and as a social hub for the growing north Preston community.  Dean has demonstrated a collaborative approach to team leadership, and we are confident he will lead the Club in the right direction."

Dean Harrison commented "I am delighted to be given this amazing opportunity to work with a fantastic sporting institution in Preston Grasshoppers.  I look forward to joining a fantastic team of staff, committee members and volunteers and delivering on the exciting vision and plans to move the Club forward and I cannot wait to get started."

"Hoppers has built a solid reputation over many years within Lancashire and the Northwest, providing first class facilities for sport, social and corporate events, or even just a casual drink at the bar.  To work with a like-minded and forward-thinking organisation that is committed to being part of Preston's sporting future appeals to me massively."

"Let's make Hoppers the go to place and I look forward to meeting everyone in the coming weeks."
