Hoppers will be hoping to get back to winning ways with the visit of Hull to Lightfoot Green this Saturday. The game also acts as our 'Wear It Pink' day where supporters are encouraged to wear pink and raise as much money as possible for Breast Cancer Research.
A poor first half at Otley left too much to do for Dan Orwin's men last week with a final score of 45-22 leaving the large travelling support disappointed.
Reflecting on the game 1st XV Head Coach Dan Orwin said "Last week’s trip to Otley was disappointing. We didn’t get into the game in the first half, and we let them build a score on us. Otley played the poor conditions far better, pinning us back in our 22 with a series of well executed kicks."
This weeks visitors Hull come into the game on the back of a close 36-38 home defeat to unbeaten Sheffield. Their record to date stands at 2 wins and 4 defeats and sees them sit 2 points and 2 places behind Hoppers on 13 points in 10th place.
