War Of The Roses 2 - another tough assignment for our young developing side tomorrow when we take on North Ribblesdale in Settle.  Two young ladies in Samantha Jones and Hattie Mitchell stepping up as co-captains in the absence of the injured Zoe Wright and the unavailable Joss Wright, looking to lead by example.  A few players have had to put their hands up and step into positions that they are unaccustomed to playing, but have put their hearts into it and are looking good.  I’m really looking forward to a tough battle with some wonderful, expansive rugby played in the right spirit by both teams, and I’m really confident that if our team plays to it’s potential, we will travel back to Lancashire with a well deserved victory under our belts.  Come on Hoppers! - Jason Shadwell, Assistant coach
