From Season 2025-26 Adult Player Registration is now mandatory for both men and women to play rugby and is it is also club policy that players pay Membership Subscriptions. Registration and Membership payments are due on 1st September. Membership prices for the coming year and are as follows:

Female Adult £140.00
Male Adult £140.00
Female Student £97.00
Male Student £97.00

Registration to play is done through the RFU's Game Management System and we are now using GMS to take membership payments too. All players should therefore login in to GMS to Register and pay Membership at the same time.

• To start the process you first need to have a GMS account. Previous members or players are very likely to be already in our GMS database.
• Start by clicking this link, Club Membership Join up and
• LOGIN in the top right hand corner of the screen.
• Try to login use your existing email address(es).
• Use the forgotten password link if necessary.
• Once logged in proceed to Buy Memberships and Register as a Player. You need to do both.
Also take the opportunity to make sure your details such as date of birth and address are correct. You can pay by debit/credit card or set up two installments by direct debit.

If it fails to recognise your email, then create a new account, find the Preston Grasshoppers club site within GMS then proceed to buy membership and registration as above.
